The company is owned and operated by Monica Rousseau, a licensed North Carolina real estate broker who has been active in the industry since 2016. With nearly a decade of experience in real estate and property management, Monica brings a practical, detail-driven approach to managing rental properties, grounded in real-world experience rather than theory.

We provide a truly all-inclusive management experience. Our team handles day-to-day operations in-house, including tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and property oversight. We work directly with our own trusted repairmen, electricians, landscapers, and service professionals, allowing us to respond quickly, maintain quality control, and avoid the delays and inflated costs that often come with outsourced management and third-party vendors.

All rent collection, invoice payments, and owner disbursements are managed through a secure rental management system. This ensures rents are collected efficiently, expenses are accurately recorded, invoices are paid promptly, and owner funds are disbursed electronically with clear, consistent statements. Every transaction is documented and transparent.
